By registering as a patient online you are subscribing to receiving emails from OsteopathyOne. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You can cancel and move your appointment online as long as it is 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it's less than 24hours before your appointment you will be required to call the clinic on 93743848.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us you agree to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelling an appointment or the full consultation fee with be charged.
We ask you to respect our practitioners time and our patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
SCHEDULE OF FEES
If you require specific health service fees please call or email us at the clinic. On completion of any online the booking the scheduled fee will be shown. All fees are due at the time of your consultation.
OsteopathyOne charges a $15 gap amount to all Worksafe patients.
All patients covered under Worksafe are required to attend regular appointments and complete pain / functional questionnaires at regular intervals.
OsteopathyOne does not process TAC claims directly through TAC.
You may attend Osteopathic appointments and then claim your rebate personally through TAC.
MEDICARE / CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT
Chronic disease management Medicare plans are for patients with a chronic illness and require ongoing care. You are allocated up to 5 treatments per year and must be referred from a General Practitioner. Speak to your GP today to see if you're eligible.
Pensioners and Healthcare Card holders are Bulk Billed
Private Patients must pay the full consultation fee and will be rebated the scheduled Medicare fee (currently $52.95) at the time of their consultation.
Only 1 offer/discount can be used per treatment. You can not use 2 or more at the same time.
By no means are discounted treatments an incentive for treatment. Please only attend if you require assistance with a condition.
